Book an initial appointment
You can book and pay through my online calendar or book using the contact form.

Have an assessment session
We will discuss the difficulties you are facing in more depth and speak about the initial focus of therapy.

Agree day and time for therapy
Counselling and psychotherapy takes place for 50 minutes once a week.

Review progress
After a month or two of therapy, we will review your progress and re-focus the work if necessary.

Have a look at the frequently asked questions to see if there is anything else you need to know. I would also be happy to answer any other questions you may have. Then when you are ready, book your initial session so that we can meet in person and discuss your circumstances in more detail.
COUNSELLING FEES
The fees depend on whether you are coming as an individual or as a couple. Daytime appointments are slightly cheaper. You can pay online, or by card or cash when we meet in person. The sessions are 50 minutes in duration and start on the hour from 11am to 8pm.
INDIVIDUAL Therapy
For individuals- Work through aspects of your past, personality and patterns which cause difficult behaviours and emotions.
MINDFULNESS Session
Private course- Tailor a mindfulness programme to your own situation, objectives and schedule.
COUPLES Counselling
Relationship therapy- Understand relationship dynamics and how to work more effectively to resolve difficulties.
